Notes on Indian Clubs:

All weights are approximate for clubs made from Beech. We try to ensure that for a pair of clubs each club weighs approximately the same.

Clubs made from American Poplar are lighter and can be made to the same pattern on request. This might be useful for physiotherapy work or for children on sizes 1, 2 and the traditional ‘tear drop’ design.

Indian clubs can be made to any given design or weight up to 3.3m long and 18inches in diameter. Please contact us for advice or details.

All clubs are made from either Beech or American Poplar from sustainable forests in the north of England and are produced locally. Other woods and treatments other than clear varnish are available on request. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

If any items are found to be defective, we will give a full refund or replace the item. You may return unwanted items within 7 days, and provided the item is ‘as new’ we will refund you minus a 15% handling and administration fee.

Delivery Details

We hope to deliver all orders within 14 working days. Most items are made to order and where items require varnishing (e.g. clubs and handles of ropes) it may take a little longer. We will keep you informed of progress via email or telephone if there are any problems. Where special items are ordered we will give an estimate of the time needed to make the items. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.

Terms and Conditions

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy of information, product specifications can change from time to time and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in this catalogue. Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability.

Where special items are made to order we will give an estimate on the price and where any component has in the interim increased in cost to us we will pass on this additional cost directly without any mark-up. However, we will endeavour to give accurate estimates of prices for special items.

Please Note:

The price of wood can change dramatically. We have kept our prices the same for two years (May 2008 to October 2010) by speculating on the price of wood, and relying on some goodwill and discounts but it has become impossible to predict our prices accurately. The increase in VAT has increased our prices and this is regrettable. Please contact us for prices on all items before ordering.

Larger items are particularly difficult to price accurately due to the amount of wood involved. If you are interested in any of our products or want special items making that are not listed we strongly urge you to contact us about your requirements.
